Warehouse Associates - Warehouse Production

Location: New Baltimore, MI

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 / hour

Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shifts (12-hour shifts & Saturdays may be required)

Core Responsibilities

Assemble: Build boxes and construct products using manual warehouse tools, including staple and glue guns.
Inspect: Scan items and identify defects to maintain top-tier quality control standards.
Pack: Sort, label, and securely prepare finished products for outgoing shipment.
Succeed: Bring speed and accuracy to the floor to help meet daily production goals.

Position Requirements

Reliability: A strong attendance record and a commitment to daily punctuality.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, reach, lift, and perform physical tasks comfortably for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
Trainability: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Commute: Reliable transportation to the New Baltimore area.
