General Production/Hand Soldering - 2nd Shift

Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform through-hole and surface mount hand soldering on printed circuit boards (PCBs) following IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards.
- Assemble, wire, and install components, sub-assemblies, and hardware according to schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
- Operate hand tools, microscopes, and other assembly equipment with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Prerequisites:
- Prior hand solder experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts
- Must be US Person
- Must be able to work 2nd shift hours - M-TH 4p - 2:30a
Current Shift:
- Monday thru Thursday - 4p - 2:30a
