Compensation will be commensurate with experience and will include a welding assessment. A MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welder joins metal components by utilizing a wire electrode, electric arc, and shielding gas. The role involves interpreting blueprints, setting up equipment, assembling parts, and inspecting finished welds to ensure structural integrity.
