Job Description
- Manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges effectively.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven expertise in managing construction projects in the property industry.
- Bachelors in Engineering or construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
