As a Scrum Master Sr., within PNC's Retail Technology Group, you will be based at one of our IT Hubs; Cleveland, Ohio, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Birmingham, Alabama, Dallas, Texas, Denver, Colorado or Phoenix, Arizona.

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Experience with Agile Methodologies: Proven experience in leading and coaching teams using Scrum and other Agile frameworks.
• Strong Facilitation Skills: The ability to lead and guide effective Agile ceremonies and discussions.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and management.
• Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: The ability to identify and resolve impediments and conflicts within the team.
• Leadership and Mentoring: The ability to guide, coach, and mentor team members and other Scrum Masters.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required. Base Salary: $50,000.00 $185,900.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
