Guaranteed hours: 36

Patient ratios: 4:1

Number of beds: 18

Unit staffing description: Progressive Care

Type of equipment: To be discussed during the interview

Documentation system: Meditech

Scheduling requirements: Three 12-hour shifts

Floating policy: As needed

Special skills/experience required: 2 years preferred

Procedures performed on unit: To be discussed during the interview

Patient experience required: Hourly safety rounding, bedside shift report, sit to commit

Dress code: Scrub color: To be determined. Nail policy: Clean and healthy, no artificial nails or gel. Hair must be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Facial hair must be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer. Tattoos and body art should be covered whenever possible. Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited.
