Position Highlights Fast-track Partner opportunity for the right leader Established financial institutions practice Collaborative leadership team and strong client relationships Opportunity to help grow and lead the banking practice Flexible onsite / hybrid schedule in Nashville Responsibilities Lead and manage audit engagements for financial institutions , including banks and credit unions Oversee planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements Serve as the primary client relationship manager Review financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements Mentor and develop audit staff and seniors Assist with practice development and business growth initiatives Qualifications Strong experience auditing financial institutions (banks, credit unions, or similar) 7+ years of public accounting audit experience Experience managing engagements and leading teams CPA/EA required Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial institution regulations Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Ideal Background Candidates may currently hold titles such as: Audit Manager Senior Audit Manager Audit Director Assurance Manager (Financial Institutions) Location This role is based in Nashville, Tennessee with a hybrid/on-site schedule .
