What You’ll Do (Your Mission) As our Landscape Operations Manager , you are the bridge between our hardworking crews and our valued customers. You aren't just managing contracts; you are overseeing the day‑to‑day operations to meet the clients' expectations through coaching, training, and service ownership. Oversee Operations: Lead and mentor a crew of 20, managing payroll and scheduling via Dayforce and Aspire. Cultivate Relationships: Act as the "fixer" for our local properties, conducting site inspections to ensure our "green" standards are met. Drive Enhancements: Identify property improvements and type up winning proposals to help our clients' landscapes thrive. Be the Expert: Use your knowledge of plant/turf health and irrigation to solve problems on‑site. What You Bring To The Team Landscape Knowledge: Plants, grass, and the seasonality of landscape. Leadership Muscles: Experience managing teams, payroll, and purchasing. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with using or learning Aspire, Dayforce, and digital reporting.
