Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Location Highlights

Fox Lake offers access to the Chain O'Lakes waterway and a setting about 60 miles north of downtown Chicago.
