Part time Office Assistant, in Perryville MO

573 Realty Group is seeking a long-term team member who values stability, professionalism to run the administration side of our office. This is an in person position. Experience in a real estate, mortgage, title, or professional office environment and marketing is highly preferred and compensation will be offered accordingly, ranging from $16-22/hour. THIS IS AN IN PERSON POSITION.

• data entry on several platforms
• manage a multi line phone system
• maintain email account
• Microsoft Word and Excel
• update and manage websites
• organize files
• greet customers and clients
• maintain social media platforms
• plan events

• prepare flyers
• support teammates
• coordinate appointments
• open and close the office
• follow systems in place
• run office reports
• keep pertinent information current
• manage office supplies
• additional responsibilities as they arise
