Clinical Supervisor (LISW/LPCC/LMIFT Hybrid)

Apply today and make a difference in the lives of the clients we serve! Responsibilities may include: Provide assessment services effectively and efficiently. Complete client screenings timely as assigned. Complete comprehensive and succinct progress notes for each client. Communicate information regarding progress of the person served to the appropriate persons. Facilitate the transition process, including arrangements for follow-up services. Provide trainings and clinical supervision as assigned. Identifying and addressing gaps in service provision. Provide coverage for caseloads as needed/assigned. Oversee the daily operations and functions of therapy team as assigned. Oversee implementation of programs that increase appropriate behaviors according to established criteria using appropriate techniques and methodologies. Requirements for this position include: Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling. LISW-S or LPCC-S is preferred At least one year of supervisory experience. Experience in community-based counseling. Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
