Qualifications Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred. Current RN license in the practice state. Certifications: BCLS (mandatory), ACLS and PALS within six months. Experience: Up to 1 year. Skills & Abilities Effective communication and critical thinking skills. Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to various clinical situations. Additional Responsibilities Maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Assisting in staff orientation and departmental supervision. Participating in performance and process improvements.
