Clinical Scribe & Documentation Specialist
CVS Health Corporation
Oak Street Health in Jackson, MS is seeking a Medical Scribe to support providers by documenting patient encounters in real time, ensuring accurate histories, assessments, plans, and exams. You will assign CPT and ICD-10 codes, prepare After Visit Summaries, and collaborate with the care team to close care gaps while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high attendance.
