SouthPoint Risk, a Member of Correll Insurance Group is in need of a Commercial Lines Client Service Representative at our office in Knoxville or Maryville, TN. 

Job Summary:
A Commercial Lines Client Service Representative (CSR) provides support to businesses with their insurance needs. This role involves handling policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and addressing client inquiries related to coverage, billing, and claims. CSRs act as the first point of contact for clients and work to resolve issues, process documentation, and maintain accurate records within the agency management system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Client Support - Responding to client inquiries, processing policy changes (endorsements, cancellations), and issuing certificates of insurance, binders, and auto ID cards. 
• Account Management - Assisting with renewals, gathering underwriting information, and preparing necessary documentation. 
• Communication - Interacting with insurance carriers to follow up on outstanding issues and ensuring timely communication with clients. 
• Documentation - Maintaining accurate records in the agency management system, processing audits, and handling loss-run documentation. 
• Collaboration - Working with Account Managers, Producers, and other team members to provide comprehensive support to clients. 

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• High school diploma required
• Possess a supportive and responsive manner with internal and external customers
• Possess above average computer skills, existing proficiency is strongly preferred in various needed programs, such as AMS360, ImageRight, Excel, and Word
• Ability to set up and conduct meetings in a virtual environment such as Teams and Zoom including the ability to share screens and make presentations (ex. PowerPoint, Proposals, etc.)
