Commercial Insurance Producer
Job Summary

Seeking dynamic and driven Commercial Insurance Producers to join a growing team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for sales professionals to build their book of business while benefiting from comprehensive training, flexibility, and significant growth potential.
Compensation Package

Base Salary: $60,000 - $150,000 (decreasing over a three-year ramp period)
Commission Splits:
- 40% on new business
- 30% on renewal business
Work Arrangement:
Flexible hybrid environment
Producer-led schedule
Performance-driven culture with significant autonomy

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition and sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Focus on generalist commercial lines, with opportunities in habitational, manufacturing, and construction sectors.
Target accounts with a minimum of $2,500 in agency revenue (approximately $25,000+ premium).
Engage in regular local travel to meet with clients and prospects.
Collaborate with Account Managers who handle servicing responsibilities, allowing you to focus on sales.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience preferred.
- Insurance sales experience is a plus, but strong sales professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply.

- Strong sales aptitude and a proven ability to drive results.
- Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Coachable and adaptable to a team-oriented culture.
