Building long-term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction are key to this role. You will:* Execute strategic sales processes to identify, qualify, and close on sales opportunities.* Own outcomes with accountability by managing sales goals and ensuring the highest level of service.* Focus on what matters by addressing customer needs and providing optimal solutions for their operations.* Improve every day by leveraging feedback, enhancing product knowledge, and adopting innovative strategies.* Win as one team through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.### ### How You Will Do It* Persuasively present Johnson Controls’ offerings to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.* Develop and maintain professional relationships within the HVAC and construction industries.* Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to track progress and enhance account management.* Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and market trends.### ### What We Look ForRequired qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred).* 5+ years of successful HVAC equipment field sales experience.* Proven commitment to integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction.* Strong initiative and excellent interpersonal communication skills.Hiring Salary Range: $72,000 (salary dependent on education, experience, and market alignment).
