Your responsibilities will include managing the complete placement process while fostering productive client relationships. With some of the industry's most competitive commission rates, your earnings will reflect the value you generate.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting from the initial conversation to final placement.
  • Act as a Trusted Partner, comprehending client needs, challenges, and workplace dynamics.
  • Implement Strategic Sourcing using our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your existing network and advanced communication tools.
  • Utilize Our Advanced Platform to oversee candidates, manage outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements that result in lasting value for clients and rewarding commissions for you.
  • Engage in Brand Development while we elevate your presence in the industry.

Your Profile

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience.
  • A solid grasp of healthcare or an eagerness to learn as we provide guidance.
  • Adept at managing client relationships and successfully closing offers.
  • Confidence in using ATS/CRM platforms (training on ours will be provided).
  • An entrepreneurial mindset eager to craft something enduring.
