About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Strategy and Operations for its Hedge Fund division. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving major firmwide initiatives, shaping strategic agendas, and ensuring the effective execution of projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with a background in financial services, technology, consulting, government, or a high-growth environment, and a minimum of 7 years' experience in a strategic or high-leverage operating role. Experience in a startup leadership position is a plus. The VP will be responsible for partnering with senior executives, collaborating with leaders across the organization, and implementing practices that enhance operational efficiency and support the firm's growth.
