Apartment Service Tech IIPosition at Windsor Communities Allegro at Jack London Square - Oakland, CA This site is a mid-rise style apartment community with 310 units on property. Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday schedule. Available to be on call once every 3 weeks when fully staffed. Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation. Hourly: Starting at $25.53- $31.91 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $53,102 - $66,372. Summary: Must have intermediate competency with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Prior multi-family apartment maintenance industry experience is a plus.
