The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment. This is an on-site position. Pay: $24-25.75 hour, dependent on experience. Cleans up after work is complete. Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical. Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of basic building maintenance required either through training or experience. Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance). Experience Required 1 year: Knowledge of building maintenance required wither through training or experience. Preferred 1 year: Minimum of one (1) year in skilled maintenance work.
