Edenbrook Green Bay is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Rehabilitation Unit, where the successful candidate will provide excellent care to our patients and ensure their speedy recovery. Position: Registered Nurse Reasons to work at Edenbrook $7,500 Sign on Bonus for full‑time $3,750 Sign on Bonus for part‑time Shift Differentials: PMs & NOCs $2.00/hr Weekend PM: $2.50 and Weekend NOC: $2.50 $5,250 in yearly Tuition Reimbursement / Student Loan Repayment Employee referral bonuses Job Description To provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation. Direct the day‑to‑day activities of the nursing assistants. Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians and perform other drug administration. Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisor, and family. Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer, and chart and document per facility policy. Are You Customer‑service oriented. A Registered Nurse‑RN, Nurse RN, New Grad RN, Nursing student, or a Travel Nurse/Travel Contract RN looking for a permanent facility with great benefits. Experienced in long‑term care (preferred). Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms. Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff. Requirements Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program. Hold a current state license as a Registered Nurse. Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms. Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an RN in a long‑term care setting (preferred). A natural problem solver. Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.
