Assist with reviewing insurance payments and explanation of benefits (EOBs) Identify discrepancies between billed charges and reimbursements Contact payers when clarification or corrections are needed Update patient accounts with accurate payment information Maintain compliance with HIPAA and reimbursement guidelines What We’re Looking For
