Key Responsibilities for the Controller: Lead the month-end close process and preparation of monthly financial statements. Oversee financial reporting for multiple business units Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning. Manage job costing and financial analysis within a construction ERP environment. Oversee tax preparation and union payroll processes. Serve as a financial business partner to executive leadership. Qualifications for the Controller: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 10+ years of accounting and finance experience. Prior leadership or management experience.
