Senior Loan Analyst
Veritas Partners
Our client, a real estate lender in Carmel, IN, is currently seeking a Senior Loan analyst to join their established construction lending team. The incumbent will be in office five days a week and will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of multifamily construction loans.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of multifamily construction loans
- Work closely with clients, government agencies and title companies
- Review monthly construction draw requests
- Review construction inspection reports
- Manage relationships with borrowers
- Review loan documents
- Provide monthly and quarterly updates
- Multitask and meet competing deadlines
Qualifications
- 5 years of construction loan administration experience
- Bachelor's degree in preferred
- Experience working with a commercial real estate lender
- Multifamily real estate experience is required
- Affordable housing experience is desired
- Must possess strong organization and communication skills
