Manages and develops Warehouse Supervisors, Automation, Inventory Control, and Shipping & Receiving personnel. The Manager will ensure the efficient and accurate loading of trucks and the overall warehouse automation operations while providing guidance and oversight for all warehouse associates.Responsibilities Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members. Supervise warehouse and the daily activities of the warehouse. Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility. Allocate necessary space for stock rotation. Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control. Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable. Secure company assets. Manage and model the safety culture and strive for 100% compliance concerning safety policies and procedures Accountable for internal audit, safety and quality assurance standards and eternal regulatory requirements. Manage within labor and OPEX budget. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. 3+ years’ warehouse/inventory experience required. Requires experience managing supervisory level employees. 3+ years managing warehouse / inventory environment preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional leadership skills to effectively lead supervisors. Excellent planning and organizational skills to facilitate goal setting. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Intermediate PC and database skills. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems. Forklift certification a plus.
