Community Job Coach for Adults with Disabilities

Davis Street Community Center is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to join our team. You will provide on-site job coaching, training, and follow-up support to adults with disabilities placed in community employment, helping clients succeed in the workplace. You will build relationships with employers and support teams, review case files, conduct regular visits, and help develop vocational training plans. Flexibility to cover evenings or weekends as needed is appreciated. #J-18808-Ljbffr Davisstreet
