The Banquet Servers deliver outstanding service in a friendly, caring manner to provide a memorable experience at our amazing venues. They are responsible for the servicing of banquet events, set-up, and tear down of banquet facilities.Essential ResponsibilitiesPrepares event space for service, including pulling, transporting, and placing of equipment.Set guest tables appropriately with linen and place settingsMake, set-up, and transport beverages for events as needed.Prepares cocktails, pours and mixes drinks quickly and accurately in a customer service-oriented manner.Serve appetizers, meals, and beverages professionally; attend to buffets, clear tables, properly stack dishes and glassware on trays, and carry trays to breakdown area.Maintains a clean and neat appearance of the event space. (Guest tables, food stations, tray jacks, and back of house area.)Acts as a team player and provides expertise within the team and with other teams as appropriate.Your QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentBanquet or fine dining server experience required18 years or olderSpecial SkillsMust be able to work weekends and late nightsAbility to perform the physical work of serving large groups of people
