Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Service Technician in Carson City, NV to keep our apartment communities in excellent working condition, provide outstanding customer service, and support the Maintenance Supervisor in the daily operations of the maintenance department. A Day in the Life of a Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help ensure our property remains attractive, safe, and well-maintained. Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, you help manage supply inventories, tools, and equipment needed for daily operations and repairs. You'll be responsible for:

Inspecting and maintaining buildings, units, and equipment
Completing unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks
Performing electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
Replacing locks, screens, and hardware
Painting, wall repair, trash removal, and groundskeeping
Reporting and correcting safety hazards promptly
Take pride in maintaining the property's clean and safe appearanceand making sure everything runs smoothly for our residents

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Maintenance experience in property management
Ability to be "on-call" 24/7 for emergencies
Valid driver's license

Work Schedule

This position typically works 40+ hours per week. You will also be on-call 24/7 to handle maintenance emergencies.
