Distribution Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 21.78 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Weekend Shift (Friday through Sunday from 05:15am to 06:00pm)

• Perform essential distribution functions: receiving, processing, stocking, selecting, moving, & loading manufactured goods using manual methods or powered industrial equipment.
• Operate & ensure accuracy using a Laser Radio Terminal (LRT).
• Inspect incoming & outgoing merchandise for manufacturer defects and damage.
• Work effectively both independently with limited supervision & collaboratively within a team.
• Communicate clearly & effectively in English.
• Demonstrate strong organizational & prioritizing skills
• Keep Site Supervisor & Manager informed daily regarding dock conditions, team accomplishments, & any concerns.
• Participate in daily leadership meetings to ensure critical information is disseminated.
• Report all absences, late arrivals, & early departures to leadership promptly.
• Address and report any time clock issues, missing punches, or employee-related concerns.

Distribution Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a manufacturing setting within the past year.
• Good verbal communication skills in both English.
• Ability to lift & move up to 70 pounds frequently.
• Capable of sitting or standing for extended periods in both office & warehouse environments varying temperatures.
• Prior general warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in operating RF scanners.
• Experience with alphanumeric data entry.
