Storage Equipment Systems, Inc. (S.E.S.) | Phoenix, Arizona | Full-Time
Serving Phoenix for over 40 years, Storage Equipment Systems, Inc. is seeking a positive, detail oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. Our office is conveniently located near 16th Street and University Drive, close to the airport.
This position plays a key role in supporting our sales team and coordinating custom equipment orders from entry through shipment, installation, and final billing. If you enjoy organizing projects, solving problems, and keeping details on track, we would welcome the opportunity to meet you.
Every order is tailored to a customer’s needs, making this an engaging role with a variety of projects. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of basic accounting functions are essential.

S.E.S. is a business-to-business material handling distributor specializing in industrial warehouse systems and equipment. Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer orders in QuickBooks Enterprise.
- Prepare and submit vendor purchase orders and coordinate timely shipments.
- Track orders and projects through completion, resolving issues as they arise.
- Communicate project and order status to the President, Accountant, sales team, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate customer records and project files, verifying that purchase orders and vendor invoices match.
- Process and track customer change orders, keeping project files current.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services.
- Submit completed job files to accounting for final customer billing.
- Assist the warehouse team with monthly inventory activities.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and Word.
- Understanding of basic accounting functions and accurate order processing.
- A positive, professional attitude and a collaborative approach.
- Previous sales coordination, project coordination, or material handling industry experience is a plus.
- QuickBooks Enterprise experience is preferred; on-the-job training will be provided for daily order entry.
Compensation
Salary is based on experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process.
