Physical Therapist (PT) - Full Time Chase Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Services | Logansport, IN Schedule: Full-Time (35–40 hours/week) and PRN opportunities available Chase Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.
