RESTAURANT OPERATIONS MANAGER

This role works closely with Executive Chefs, restaurant management, and executive leadership to ensure consistency, accountability, profitability, and operational excellence. This role works closely with Executive Chefs, restaurant management, and executive leadership to ensure consistency, accountability, profitability, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities Provide operational leadership across four restaurant concepts Partner with Executive Chefs and BOH leadership to improve execution and efficiency Coach and develop restaurant managers and supervisors Monitor labor costs, productivity, and payroll to meet financial goals Ensure compliance with company standards, health regulations, food safety, and sanitation Resolve guest concerns while creating memorable dining experiences Drive consistency in service standards and operating procedures Assist with openings, staffing, and operational improvements as the company continues to grow Analyze restaurant performance and identify opportunities for increased profitability Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Qualifications 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience Multi-unit or high-volume restaurant leadership experience preferred Strong understanding of both FOH and BOH operations Experience managing labor budgets, scheduling, and payroll Ability to coach, mentor, and hold leaders accountable Financial acumen including P&L management, food cost, labor cost, and inventory controls Excellent communication and leadership skills ServSafe Manager Certification Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Performance bonus opportunity Health benefits Paid Time Off Professional development opportunities Opportunity to grow with an expanding hospitality organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
