As a bartaco Line Cook, here's an overview of what you'll do:

• Work closely with the executive chef, sous chef, and food prep team to ensure we are serving food that meets bartaco's standards for quality.
• Cook meals during pre-opening, lunch, and/or dinner rush hours.
• Follow recipes with high attention to detail.
• Always apply our food safety standards.
• Communicate with fellow team members.
• Restaurant cleanliness; keeping the kitchen and your workstation in our restaurants looking fantastic.
• Help create memorable dining experiences that exceed guest expectations.
• Other food service duties as assigned.

Physical Skills Required:

• Able to tolerate long periods of time working on foot/standing up.
• Able to periodically lift and move objects up to 50 pounds in preparation for food service.
• Able to work in a kitchen environment that may result in exposure to heat or cold.
