Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams. Complete nutrition assessmentsand documentation in the EMR. You'll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.
