With multiple bulk fuel plants conveniently located throughout the area, Rolfson Oil is committed to meeting various delivery needs as efficiently as possible.Job DutiesUpdating of various department asset spreadsheets and keeping asset folders up to dateDaily communication with the Maintenance Manager on various tasks assigned and needsWritten and oral communication with vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveryDaily ordering of parts and supplies as needed for shopsContinuance pricing/vendor shopping for better service and supplies on maintenance partsResponsible for monthly inventory parts numbersKeeping up to date with registration for all vehicles and other vehicle document requirementsManaging trucks and trailers at repair shops and relay ETA to the correct managementResponsible for cost tracking and analysis on maintenance expenses in each marketReviewing credit card statements and bill approvals for the maintenance departmentOther duties and projects as assigned by supervisorsRequirementsAutomotive Industry knowledge requiredAdvanced interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication.Advanced computer skills: typing, scanning, etc.Able to multitask in a high pace environmentExcellent Communication Skills
