Senior Home Repair Program Lead
H.O.M.E. (Housing Opportunities & Maintenance for the Elderly)
H.O.M.E. in Chicago seeks an Upkeep & Repair Manager to lead the Upkeep & Repair Program, supervise Home Repair Specialists and staff, and ensure high-quality, timely services for low-income seniors on the south and west sides. You will assess complex repairs, develop scopes of work, estimate labor and materials, and coach staff in repair techniques and customer service.
