Job Description: Extensive laboratory experience, including physical stability analysis (viscosity, density, etc.), safety, and ability to record data and observations. Ability to operate lab scale mixing and milling equipment is also a must. Critical thinking skills, detail-oriented and organized. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Self-motivated. Flexible, able to respond quickly to shifting priorities and able to multitask. Working knowledge of formulation development is preferred. Bachelor-level knowledge of chemicals and chemical principles is required. 1-3 Years of Experience.
