Vendor Management Accountant
Invitation Homes
Invitation Homes is seeking a Vendor Management Accountant to oversee vendor-related accounting for our single-family rental portfolio. In this role, you will manage vendor onboarding, contracts, and payment processing; review invoices for accuracy and compliance; and ensure timely reconciliations of vendor accounts. You will maintain accurate ledgers, support month-end close, and prepare vendor analytics to optimize cost and performance. Partnering with Operations, Procurement, and Finance, you’ll help strengthen internal controls, streamline AP workflows, and support scalable, resident-focused property operations in a growth-oriented REIT environment.
