Key Responsibilities for the Billing Specialist:

• Generate and process invoices for domestic and export customers • Verify pricing, shipment information, and billing documentation for accuracy • Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve customer invoice inquiries • Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation • Coordinate with operations, logistics, sales, and accounting teams regarding shipments and invoices • Assist with accounts receivable reporting, payment tracking, and reconciliations

Qualifications for the Billing Specialist:

• 2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support experience • Experience processing high-volume invoices in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software • Strong understanding of billing procedures, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping • Experience in agriculture, food processing, manufacturing, logistics, or export operations preferred • Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred, but not required
