Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Administrator:
• Process accounts payable transactions and maintain vendor records
• Manage accounts receivable activities and customer payments
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and supporting documentation
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Support accounting department operations and administrative functions
Qualifications for the Accounting Administrator:
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related financial functions
• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
