What You’ll Be Doing:

• Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory (Lake Mary, FL area).

• Plan sales strategies and develop key relationships with customers, peers and suppliers.

• Ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare comprehensive reports per quarter with implementations on sales growth.

• Work alongside engineers and designers to provide tailored solutions to customers.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3-5 years of field sales experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred

• In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry and semiconductor products. 

• Knowledge of the assigned market/territory (e.g., customers, competition). Recent industry experience is preferred.

• Ability to promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.

• Ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sell and market the full set of Arrow offerings incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow’s key supplier lines.  

• Proven ability to articulate complex strategies and able to execute on them. 

• Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry. 

• Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.

• Ability to prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service, and ability to lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities. 

• Proficiency in sales tracking systems, SalesForce.com, Oracle

• Innovative self-starters who are willing to challenge the status quo. 

• This position is a 60/40 split; the compensation posted is an OTE number that includes the commission

• This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).

Work Arrangement: This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in office in Lake Mary, FL if there are trainings. If there are no trainings, then the expectation is to be on the road travelling to customers.
