We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls, route calls, and take messages
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
• Provide general information to visitors and clients
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a front desk associate or in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer service role
• Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
• Familiarity with booking and scheduling software
