Rochester West , part of the Eden Senior Care Network, a Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to join our team of excellent resident care! Position: Certified Dietary Manager (Full Time) Schedule: Monday to Friday (Flexible on workdays if necessary); On-call support as needed and occasional leadership coverage during holidays The successful candidate for the role of Dietary Manager will be a talented and motivated with compassion and a desire to provide the best nutritious meals for our residents. Job Responsibilities Create and maintain nutritious menus for residents with an understanding of clinical aspects related to food in the Skilled Nursing environment Manage staff in the kitchen environment Schedule staff for proper service to residents in a timely fashion Monitor and maintain kitchen inventory supplies as needed Oversee and ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas Note: The role requires a working manager; the scheduled routine includes cooking shifts at least three times per week.
