The Opportunity The #1 priority for this position is strong tilt-up / tilt-wall construction experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through completion while working closely with ownership, design teams, subcontractors, and field leadership. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and staying involved in all aspects of project execution. What You’ll Do Manage commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall project execution Review and administer contracts and subcontracts Manage change orders, including pricing, documentation, negotiation, and approval Coordinate and track RFIs throughout the project Review drawings, specifications, scopes, and project documents Monitor project costs, commitments, and financial performance Support procurement and subcontractor coordination Partner closely with the Superintendent to keep field operations aligned with the project plan Identify potential issues early and proactively drive solutions Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality What We’re Looking For 5+ years of commercial or industrial construction project management experience preferred Strong understanding of the construction process from preconstruction through closeout Experience managing contracts, change orders, RFIs, subcontracts, and project documentation Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Experience working directly with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and field leadership Construction management software and Microsoft Office experience preferred The Ideal Candidate Our client is looking for a professional, steady, and accountable Project Manager who takes pride in their work and is comfortable taking ownership.
