Description


We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide Employee Resource Group (ERG) and Engineering Network Group (ENG) programs while supporting Inclusion Councils across the organization. The ideal candidate will drive inclusion initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, oversee governance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERG/ENG strategy, governance, and program operations.
• Partner with business leaders and executive sponsors to drive inclusion initiatives.
• Manage Inclusion Councils and support execution of annual action plans.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure program success.
• Drive change management and promote enterprise-wide adoption of inclusive practices.
• Build strong relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of Program Management, HR, Organizational Development, or DEI experience.
• Strong experience with Employee Resource Groups (ERG), Change Management, and Employee Engagement.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and program governance.

Compensation:


The hourly rate for this position is $80.00 per hour.
