Immediate need for a talented OCM Consultant. This is a 07 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Columbus, OH (Remote).

Job ID:26-12828 Pay Range: $43 - $44/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: Change Management, OCM, Planview Products
• Change Management Methodologies - Proven experience leading and executing Organizational Change Management principles and frameworks on complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Communication - Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, including presenting to and influencing senior and executive leadership
• Relationship building - Proven ability to build trust and influence across multiple disciplines and levels, including the ability to challenge and guide senior stakeholders to drive decision making
• Planning - Ability to independently plan, lead, and monitor comprehensive change management strategies and activities within program and portfolio timelines
• Analytical skills - Advanced ability to assess change impacts, identify risks and interdependencies, and develop data-driven mitigation strategies and success metrics.
• Knowledge and experience with Planview products, including Project Place and Portfolios
