Who You Are You’re a licensed Nurse Practitioner with a passion for serving older adults and those with complex mental health needs. Your Role As a Nurse Practitioner at PGS, you will deliver compassionate psychiatric care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will work autonomously while staying connected to a robust clinical and administrative support team.
