Description Oversee all field operations, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and timelines. Coordinate, direct, and supervise subcontractors and direct labor on site. Ensure compliance with safety, schedule, quality control, and cost control standards. Develop and maintain the site logistics plan, ensuring smooth operations across all aspects of the project. Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining the overall project schedule. Lead weekly foreman and safety meetings to ensure team alignment and safety adherence. Attend and contribute to weekly owner meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
