Essential responsibilities include: Ensuring the delivery of quality, person-centered services. Maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant residential environment. Overseeing the daily care, activities, and needs of program participants. Supervising household operations, including facility upkeep, supplies, meal planning, medication administration, documentation, expenses, and daily records. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license with no suspensions or points within the past three years High school diploma or GED, plus at least 6 months of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities Ability to obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certification Availability to work weekends and holidays Step By Step is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
