As a remote worker with the option to collaborate with a dedicated detox center team, you will be part of a pioneering workforce that prioritizes flexibility in scheduling to cater to the diverse needs of our clients. Although remote, you will engage in regular video conferencing and online team meetings to stay connected with colleagues.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, identifying their strengths and resources for support.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize established therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to foster client resilience and recovery.

• Develop comprehensive individualized treatment plans that encompass clearly defined goals and effective interventions.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide essential crisis intervention strategies, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans as required.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards to uphold the integrity of the practice.

• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and peer support groups that foster community and understanding.

The clientele at New Beginnings encompasses individuals facing various mental health challenges, including children and adolescents, adults, and families impacted by mental illness. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of two years' experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, illustrating your ability to engage effectively with clients.
